ECB Coach Education

Become a qualified coach at FCC

Folkestone Cricket Club aims to provide good quality coaches for all of its junior teams. The club already has several ECB Level 2 accredited coaches working at the club but we are constantly on the look out for more!

The club encourages as many parents and players as possible to become accredited coaches. The club will cover the costs associated with becoming an accredited cricket coach so long as the coach then becomes actively involved with the club.

Coaches play a vital role in enabling players to reach their potential. The Sky Sports ECB Coach Education Programme provided by Kent Cricket offers a range of courses to suit you and your aims - whether you want to coach young people & adults, or children (or both).

The courses will help you understand players and their needs, increase your coaching knowledge and improve
your practical coaching skills. This will help you improve players’ experience of the game and help you help players be the best that they can be.
